It’s not actually on paper.

My light bulb went out. I think it came from a field trip I went on in elementary school and thus lasted me somewhere around 6 or 7 years – almost as old as my Ethernet cable – but it finally went out. One of the other gifts from that trip was a green bag with the logo of an energy company on it, and I still use it whenever I shop at Aldi or some other slummy supermarket that makes you bag your groceries. When I bought a new light bulb, I accidentally bought a “daylight” themed pack of two, and I didn’t realize how clinical “daylight” would mean.

The light, instead of the familiar and warm yellow-ish tone of my past few light bulbs (as far back as I can remember any of them, anyway), is very white. My room feels like a hospital room, yet it’s cast upon my anime girl figures, CRT, CDs and other teenage collectibles, so the vibe is completely off. It seems to have had an effect on my art.

Thank you for making it past the preview of the post. Many things in life should just end in a preview:

– The view from a balcony
– Movies with good trailers (nearly nonexistent)
– Transition effects in video editing software
– Historically/culturally important locations
– Pornography
– Death (funerals)
– Your next life (Buddhism)
– Nip-slips
– Free samples at the market
– The book you have to read to understand something else

Maybe the point is that you should do everything you can within the time limit of the free trial, unless it’s WinRAR and the “free trial” is just a period of time before you get tapped on the shoulder every now and again and asked to give up a few bucks for the luxury of something that should’ve just been included in the OS. The moral of the post is to use 7Zip.

Thanks for reading.

Getting used to a new light is difficult no matter which direction you go (warm or cool) Something will always be off from before. I’ll probably get a warmer light though since 5000k gives me headaches, but I’m just wearing it till it burns out.

The splitting headache I had the other day could’ve either been my hangover or my light bulb, and I’m deciding it was the latter because I never get hungover

I have an RGB light bulb that has multiple settings for white light, and I always have it set in the middle of warm and cool. If it’s too cool it’s like a sanitarium and if it’s too warm it just messes up the natural color of everything.
